The DG’s report focused on the achievements of CPSC for the 2-year period. Some of these achievements from the Biennial Report are: delivery of record-breaking accomplishments by organizing a total of 76 programs which benefited 3,840 participants while maintaining high satisfaction rating of above 90% in all programs, embarking on three significant stages of Corporate Planning procedures and formulated the CorPlan 2013 – 2018, production of journal on TVET titled Scholarly Technical Education Publication Series (STEPS), adjustment of benefits of CPSC professional and support staff, and maiden awarding of the Most Valuable Partner Award (MVP) to honor CPSC’s committed partners and supports.
The Council accepted with appreciation the biennial report of CPSC.
Discussion on other pertinent matters also ensued such as the outcome of the Standing Committee Meeting held a day before the Council meeting (August 11, 2014), briefing on the 63rd CP anniversary programme and the preparations for the 44th Consultative Committee Meeting.
