» » CPSC Welcomes Visit of Jingge Tech, Explores Opportunities for Collaboration


The Colombo Plan Staff College led by the CPSC Director General Dr. Mohammad Naim Yaakub with CPSC Faculty Consultants Dr. Hazrat Hussain and Dr. G. Kulanthaivel, warmly received the delegation from Shanghai Jingge Technology Co., Ltd., (Jingge Tech) on August 7, 2014 at CPSC. Jinge Tech is an information technology company based in Shanghai, China.

The delegation is composed of the Manager of the Overseas Market, Mr. David Cui and the Sales Representative of the Overseas Market, Ms. Sammi Xia accompanied by Mr. Ray A. Laureano, Raltech International Corporation.

Representatives of Jingge Tech discussed possible opportunities for cooperation especially in the field of information technology, teacher training and integrating IT in the automotive industry. They also exchanged valuable insights on the background, functions and mandates about their respective companies. They also made a brief tour of the facilities and met with some of the Thai participants housed in the college for their 10-day customized training program on teaching English as a second language.

Jingge Tech is a relatively new company founded in 2003 at the Shanghai Tongji University and supported by Tsinghua University. Their company is dedicated in applying information technology to automotive vocational education, and they also plan to extend their services beyond the automobile education field to machinery and other engineering services. They also aim to be a vocational education consultancy firm, aside from providing relevant updates on the technology behind the automotive industry.
